Jason’s Deli: They have a great and extensive gluten free menu. You can order almost everything you want gluten free. Jason’s Deli employees are extensively trained in keeping gluten free items safe. They avoid cross-contamination at all costs. I would recommend their baked potatoes. You can find the nearest location near you by going to www.jasonsdeli.com
Thaifoon: They have a vast gluten free menu that comes with amazing Asian flavors. They maintain a safe kitchen they also have a dedicated fryer to avoid contamination. The food here is wonderful. My favorite dish is the pepper beef. You can find them at the Gateway Mall in Salt Lake City. You can find more information on their restaurant at http://www.thaifoon.com/ .
Finally, my favorite place to take my wife on a date is, P.F. Chang’s.

Bone Suckin Sauce brings out the flavor.
Bone Suckin sauce has great flavors in all of its sauces. The flavor does not overwhelm the subtleness of the meat. We were impressed with the Hot Mustard. It had a great heat but the flavor was even better. They have a great range of flavored sauces. We have tested them all and can vouch for their amazing flavor. Their sauces are gluten free and are made from all natural products. No preservatives. These products would be great for all of your tailgating and BBQ needs. You can find more info at http://www.buybonesuckin.com/ . We had a great time grilling with these products.
Gluten Free Fair in Spanish Fork Utah.
Beehive Health Essentials is having a Gluten Free Food Fair on November 12, 2011. There is going to be classes on living a gluten free lifestyle. The fair is being held from 10:00 to 2:00. There is going to be a great selection of vendors. There will be prize giveaways and free food. You can find more info at http://www.beehivehealthessentials.com
The Gluten Free Consumer is going to be one of the vendors. The Gluten Free Consumer is a review magazine for gluten free products. It is in existence to help those living a gluten free lifestyle to save time and money. Feel free to come on by and talk to them at their booth you can also find the at http://www.gfconsumer.com .
Another vendor is going to be Cheese Bread Mania. I met Debora Hammond at the farmers market Saturday where she introduced my team to her wonderful products. Debora uses a recipe handed down from her Great Grandmother. These Chees breads are amazing. There is no way you can stop at eating one or two. The oven emitted wonderful aromas. The aroma lasted a lot longer than the bread. Her family, like most Brazilians, has always made the bread using manioc starch, a flour-like substance made from the yucca plant. This leads to the wonderful qualities of being gluten free. You can find her in 25 stores around Utah. You can locate more information at http://www.cheesebreadmania.com/ .
We would highly recommend you come to this fair.
The Gluten Free Consumer: A magazine that will Save You Time and Money.
There are a growing number of individuals with Celiac and Gluten intolerance. The number of Americans thought to have Celiac Disease is estimated to be 1 in 133 individuals. This can be a severe auto immune disorder. Untreated this disease can lead to immediate pain and long term consequences. There has been exceptional growth in the awareness and manufacturing of products. The niche in this industry is estimated to be around 4 Billion dollars annually.
Allergy Menu Specialists, a company founded in Salt Lake City has created The Gluten Free Consumer. This monthly magazine is to feature products, services and restaurants that serve individuals with Gluten Intolerance and Celiac Disease. There will be reviews of products and services. Additionally there will be recipes and informative articles. Chaton Fife, The owner of Allergy Menu Specialists, is quoted “The problem for the consumer in regards to eating a gluten free diet is that the typical price for an ingredient or food stuff is 2 to 3 times more expensive.” The Gluten Free Consumer solves this problem. The editorial staff of the magazine reviews in detail each individual product. Their staff includes several Celiacs. They promised they will never feature a product that they will not serve their families.
