Another vendor is going to be Cheese Bread Mania. I met Debora Hammond at the farmers market Saturday where she introduced my team to her wonderful products. Debora uses a recipe handed down from her Great Grandmother. These Chees breads are amazing. There is no way you can stop at eating one or two. The oven emitted wonderful aromas. The aroma lasted a lot longer than the bread. Her family, like most Brazilians, has always made the bread using manioc starch, a flour-like substance made from the yucca plant.
